What people are saying about Ardales

The place is simply stunning. So so much better than we could've expected! El Caminito del Rey was recommended to us some time ago and we just wanted to get the normal admission (€10 I think) through the official website... but, as you know, el caminito is extremely popular, so it was completely booked out. I'm genuinely glad it was cos what makes this tour special is the guide! She was amazing. I have decent Spanish and there were maybe 6 or 7 Spanish speakers among us, but the rest were an international bunch (Portugal, Ireland (myself), Holland, Poland etc) and English was the universal language. This was no problem for the guide. She was so funny and energetic and informative and passionate. Basically everything you'd want from a tour guide! I'm not usually ones for guided tours, but this was just excellent. Highly recommend!!

We did book this tour reading reviews and would recommend taking this tour for the best experience. Our guide was Carlos very friendly and knowledgeable. We even got a lift to a restaurant in a nearby village by Carlos and his colleague as there was no train till late evening and helped us to take a taxi till Alora station. Carlos did provide a lot of detailed information about the place to us. This was a memorable experience passing through King's Path.

I wanted to meet her and I'm sure I will return to do the long fixed route. It is a non-stop looking, time passes in a minute. And to think that everything was at the bottom of the sea ... You have to see it ... Impressive ...

Carlo was a great guide. He knew a lot about the Caminito, from the history, the plants and animals to climbing adventures. He pointed out herds of vultures and mountain goats. A super enthusiastic man!

This is an experience you and your family will not soon forget. Stunning views, magical scenery, and a wonderful afternoon in the majestic wilderness.
