Check in was quick and easy. There’s a boat that takes you to the area where you experience will begin. I’m not sure what the time is you spend on the air but it feels like a long time lol. They slowly send you up and allow you time to view the sites from each spot. They take photos of you the whole time and you get to see them back at the main office. The staff was fun and friendly. Aqua world offers a discount on your second activity whenever you do your first one with them. Thank you to Alberto, he was the customer service agent that helped me!

It was an ok experience for us as we were having high expectations. I highly recommend doing more activities at Aqua world rather than one as a $15 per person docking fee will be collected and as long as you have the band, you don’t have to pay the docking fee again for other activities. You can also do different activities on different days

Excellent experience, the view is beautiful, both the elevation and the descent are very stable so photos can be taken from the top. I had problems getting to the meeting point, fortunately it was not far from the place where the activity takes place; Once there, they treated me very well and did not give me any kind of inconvenience (despite the fact that by that time my shift had passed for more than 30 minutes).
