Covid-19 Update

Due to health and safety regulations, this itinerary may change. See Know before you go for the latest updates.

Get to know one of the three different slot canyons in Antelope Canyon. Select from the Upper Antelope, Lower Antelope, or Canyon X.

Canyon X

Located southeast of Lower Antelope canyon by the gateway town of Page, Ari. This part of the canyon is chiseled out by millions of years’ worth of flood erosion and impactful winds on its sandstone, enough to sculpt out the iconic "X" shape that aptly named the canyon.

Canyon X is a relatively new scenic tour and the lesser-known cousin of Upper/Lower Antelope Canyon, which results in fewer visitors by comparison to the other two. Canyon X is a mixture of the characteristics of both the Upper and Lower canyon, with the Upper’s feature of pillars of light and the Lower’s steepness. Canyon X is also deeper than the other two and brings ample photo opportunities. It truly is a great vacation spot for photography as well.

Lower Antelope Canyon

Take a 1-hour walking tour inside Lower Antelope Canyon. This photographer's dream offers an up-close look at the water-carved sandstone walls of Antelope Canyon with Navajo guides.

Over the years, Lower Antelope Canyon has become a popular gathering place for photographers, tourists, and visitors from around the world.

The canyon was amazing but the tour guide had very little knowledge and struggled to answer questions. Felt like she was just making things up to give an answer. Her personality was very dry and she didn’t seem to enjoy what she was showing us. The gentleman at check in was super friendly and informative. Wished he was out tour guide.

The tour was amazing! The security measures were very much appreciated. But we can't say enough about how great our tour guide, Justin, was!! Not only was he very knowledgeable, his photo Skills were amazing and he took fantastic photos for all of us! Highly recommend this tour and Justin as your guide!

We enjoyed the Canyon X Tour. There were 13 people in our group and they only let one group in at a time so it was not crowded. The tour guides were very pleasant and interesting to talk with! Josh led us through the slot canyon and he was informative, easygoing, and was happy to take pictures of us.
