Our guide was excellent and managed the day well. A very early start to the day but this was inevitable given the distances that needed to be travelled from our resort to Pamukkale. The Cotton Palace was an incredible sight, the Hierapolis still conjures up images of days gone by and the warm waters of Cleopatra Pools were very welcome after a day of exploring. Definitely worth a visit!

The flight itself was well planned, but more time on site in Pamukkele could be planned and one or the other stop in a shop could be deleted. Furthermore, false sultanites were presented in the "jewellery manufactory" (one of the stopovers), which did not particularly surprise us, but certainly fooled some tourists. Unfortunately, the bus driver was brash and somewhat disrespectful, especially towards women.

The tour was amazing and very informative, however, there is not much to see at the Travines, as very little to no water exist. Which was quite disappointing travelling such a far distance to not being able to enjoy the Travines to its fullest. On the other hand the Cleopatra pools is quite enjoyable. Our tour guide Alps was super amazing, his presence made this tour worthwhile.
