Full description

Enjoy the picturesque Dutch countryside on a day trip by comfortable coach. Encounter the famous windmills, and learn about Dutch traditional crafts.

Take advantage of free wi-fi on board the coach before your first stop at the quaint village of Zaanse Schans. Stroll around at your leisure and admire the well-preserved historic windmills and houses. Next, head to the fishing village of Volendam. Meeting point

Meet at the Tours and Tickets office in the Ij hall in the rear of Amsterdam Central Station, on the right-hand side as you face the water. Look for the red writing. The office is in the back concourse of the station, on the side closest to the water. You can reach Central Station using public transportation: Metro 51, 52, 53, or 54, or tram 4, 14, 24, or 26.

Partenza alle 8.30 dalla stazione centrale. Vengo accolto dal personale calorosamente. La guida, una bellissima signora, che parlava 5 lingue, eccezionale. Non ci ha mai lasciati soli, tranne nel tempo libero per lo shopping. Inutile dirvi che dovete assolutamente andare. I posti visitati meravigliosi... È l'Olanda che immaginavo da piccolo. 10 e lode

Enjoyed the windmills, beautiful area. Interesting and entertaining at the clog shop, boat ride was lovely as well as the little fishing town that we’d visited. Most of the folks on our tour had fish for lunch, was delicious. Guide will recommend the restaurant. The cheese tour was “cheesy” , but also very good. Guides were very good . Great way to spend 6 1/2 hours. All sites were a short trip outside of Amsterdam. Was worth the price.

This was a very nice trip. It took us out of the city and showed us other parts of Holland. We met at Centraal station and that was the only stop for everyone to get on. Then they took us to the other locations. We had some free time in each location, not much but it was all very efficient.
