We did this tour as part of my wife's birthday break and the day was fantastic! Our guide Wybe was really lovely, told us lots of information about the history of The Netherlands and made the day really fun and interesting. Everything was organised really well and didn't feel rushed. We found the market place in Edam really interesting and how they weighed cheese and all of its history. Visiting the cheese factory and cheese tasting was also really fun! The windmills were a really good site to visit and we had the chance to go inside a working windmill! We were lucky with the weather as it didn't rain and we had some sunshine too! We would recommend this tour as you see and learn so much in the day, and our guide was fantastic!

Once we got going...it was a fab trip with a great driver and comfortable coach (Carla), and a truly superb and knowledgeable guide (Wybe). Getting checked in and on the coach was awful, we were told to basically wait in the main area while the bus arrived...and it wasn't until it got concerningly late that I started looking for the bus and asking around, apparently half the bus were already on board - there was simply no check in process and I know other attendees were similarly frustrated. That is the only reason it's 4/5 stars, the trip was sublime and great value. We learnt a lot, as promised we got to each a lot of cheese, explore the windmills and a great pitstop in Marken. Really would attend another similar tour with Wybe again, a great guide and the weather definitely didn't spoil the trip.

This was a fun day out and made a change from being in the city. It provided lots of interesting things and the guide was kind and knowledgeable about the areas visited. It was worth booking to see more of the countryside of Holland and the traditions it has. I’m a solo traveller so this also provided a chance to meet new people snd talk to others on the trip.
