Our experience begins with a warm welcome from our team who will guide you throughout this awesome class, describing what we will do in the following few hours. We will start with a tour of our typical terraced gardens, an ancient local cultivation method that represent a resource of sustainability and environmental conservation on the Amalfi Coast. Here we will stroll by and linger at the lemon grove, the olive grove and the vineyard, where you will be provided with significant information on the importance of these groves in the Mediterranean diet and how our worldwide famous Limoncello, olive oil and wine are produced. We will continue our visit to the vegetable garden, and after wearing gloves and collecting wicker baskets, we will proceed with the picking of the freshest seasonal veggies and fragrant herbs that we will later use for the preparation of the delicacies during the class. Once we have put on our kitchen aprons we will be ready to get down to business and learn the secrets of preparing exquisite traditional dishes, which we will then go on to enjoy all together during a wonderful meal accompanied by local wine, limoncello and real Neapolitan espresso. What people are saying about Amalfi Coast

Meet up at Roma Termini was easy and the train accommodations to Napoli were very clean and comfortable. The trou of Pompeii was fun, engaging, and full of fascinating info from our stellar guide, Antonio Mosca. Gorgeous sunny weather for Dec 20th and plenty of time for pictures and questions. The lunch at DeMedici was lovely and very tastefully conducted with the sommelier leading us through the wine tasting. My husband, 18 yr old, and two 13 yr olds all had a wonderful day and enjoyed the trip immensely. It was a highlight of our week in Italy.

This was TRULY the most amazing experience! It is an "experience" not just a cooking class! EVERYONE needs to do this if you are near Amalfi! Yes, we got cooking tips and got to hands on help with the picking and preparations, but what was even better was getting a real feel for the organic and "old traditional" Italian cooking philosophy.

We had an amazing time learning about the garden and preparing the food! So much fun! The wine was free flowing and so was the laughter!Silvio and Gianluca were amazingly fun! This was the highlight of our three week trip, hands down! Can’t wait to get the recipes and make them at home!!

This cooking class was incredible. Our host and staff were the best! We cooked a very unique meal using his garden variety. The view of the Mediterranean Sea from our class was awesome! We highly recommend this class!

Really an extraordinary tour. Our guide was super knowledgeable and a lot of fun. The wines were excellent and very unique highly recommend this trip.
