Activity was very fun and interesting, the guide (Bruno) not much so. They took us to multiple caves based on the level of the tide, quite interesting! But the guide was somewhat annoying; getting quite pissed at us for being quite bad at padding (we are total beginners). Overall I would still recommend... but the guide left us quite a sour aftertaste.

Our paddle board experience to Benagil Cave was amazing, largely thanks to our guide, Bruno! Our original tour was rescheduled from the day before due to rough waters and when we arrived on our new date, the waves still looked rough and we even saw someone from another group get wiped out by a wave trying to mount their board. Bruno assured us that we were safe and gave us the proper lessons we needed to feel confident! He helped us each get on our boards safely and once we were on the water, he showed us how to stand up and even helped my friend who got seasick by telling her to get in the water (which helped!) We safely entered the cave and were able to explore and take photos. It was really busy due to all the tours from the day before being rescheduled but we were happy with our experience! We traveled to Portugal from California and this was one of the highlights of our whole trip! I would not recommend doing this activity without a guide.

We had such a good time paddleboarding with bruno. We had never done it before so he taught us how to use the board safely and how to stand up on it. He was really patient with everyone while we tried to use the board. He showed us some amazing caves that you cant get to by land and told us some interesting facts about them. I would 100% recommend using bruno for paddleboarding, he was great. Thank you
