  • From Abu Dhabi: Al Ain Full Day Tour with Lunch

    1. From Abu Dhabi: Al Ain Full Day Tour with Lunch

Visit Al Ain, the traditional seat of the Sheikhs and perhaps the most traditional of the main cities in the UAE where desert life is best demonstrated. See a true series of oases and take a visit to the Al Ain National Museum and Sheikh Zayed Palace Museum, as well as a trip to the camel race track and the livestock market where you can watch real-life bargaining, an important part of the culture.  Following this, head to Jebel Hafeet, the great mountain and its remarkable location that overlooks the beauty of Al Ain city. Also, visit the Hot Springs situated at the foot of the mountain and discover the healing water which is found abundantly in this area. Then, enjoy lunch in a hotel before heading back to Abu Dhabi.

  • Dubai: Al Ain Garden City with Conservation Zoo

    2. Dubai: Al Ain Garden City with Conservation Zoo

Visit the beautiful garden city of Al Ain, the greenest of all the Emirates, on a full-day tour from Dubai. Begin with a visit to the Al Ain Museum with its extensive archaeological collection, including some spectacular second-millennium gold pendants. It also houses a reconstruction of the Grand Hili tomb with its rock engravings.  Next, go to the top of Jebel Hafeet, UAE's highest peak, giving you stunning views of the desert. At the foot of Jebel Hafeet are hot water springs, ideal for bathing tired feet in steaming therapeutic waters. Then stop at the largest camel market in the UAE, recently renovated to entertain guests all the more. Depending on the time of year, you may see baby camels. Move on to Al Ain Conservation Zoo, which houses some the world's last remaining white lions and tigers. You will have the chance to get up close to the animals while strolling through the wond...

Starting time on paper 8am, phone indicated 8:30, real 9am. The guide was also the driver. After a half an hour drive a brake fluid problem on the road between Dubai and Al Ain. Waiting the new car in the small shadow of a bush in the desert near the road, horribly hot. The new driver asked: how are you? Without official apologize by the Funturs Dubai Company. 1st stop at noon. After that there were interesting places but only 5-10 minutes photo breaks. Hurry and rush to fulfill the indicated program. We have only 40 minutes for the lunch in Hilton as a most expensive element of this tour, so without enough time. After this hurrying the guide smoked 10 minutes. At the Camel Market they did not mentionned before the agressive behaviour of guys for money asking pictures with camels. The guy asked 100AED (gave 20). It was the deficiency of our Indian guide. The way back the guide slept and handed over the steering wheel to his inexperienced learner collegue, fear of death on the road

Great and exciting tour to Al Ain

The tour was a lot of fun and very informative. You immerse yourself in a completely different world. We were picked up punctually at the hotel by our guide and then four of us started the tour. Already during the approximately 2-hour drive you get a lot of information about UAE. When we arrived in Al Ain we first visited the museum, then the palace, the oases of Al Ain, afterwards we had an excellent lunch in a luxury hotel. Then we visited the cattle market and were allowed to marvel at camels in live. Small information for women, rather wear restrained clothing, the camel dealers are otherwise a bit irritated. Then we went to the mountain Jafal Hafeet with its unique view and finally to the really hot springs. Our guide Qasim was very friendly and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend the tour and would book it again at any time.

Picked up a little late. Excursion was something different and very interesting. We were completely alone with the guide and therefore very flexible. Time was good enough. Food was delicious. Please for women: dress a bit covered at the camel market

It was really a lovely excursion to Al Ain with the nice views on the desert Rub al Khali, and the beautifull Al Ain city, A special thank the driver Shanaka. I recommend this excursion. You won't be disapointed

very complete, very friendly guide, buffet meal of very good quality. schedule respected but with timed stops. French attention by the audioguide only.

Great experience

Super punctual, friendly driver who answered questions at any time, even took a short detour to show us more. Fully worth the price!
