Nice to have visited and seen Marrakech. Especially the Bahia palace is a must see. What could be better is the pick up in the morning: we were driving through and waiting in Agadir Bay Area; first in a minibus later in a touring car to find out that the last pickup point was actually 50 meters from our hotel. Would have saved us an hour of waiting in the transportation vehicles. Other thing I really disliked is the licensed medicine shop we were brought to in the medina where we had to sit and listen for thirty minutes to a sales talk to vend their products for tourist prices. We were warned for being seen as walking wallets; here we were sitting wallets! I would rather see more of the Medina than sitting behind closed doors in just one shop. The guide however knew a lot about the city and general history and was very kind.

Pros - lovely and knowledgeable tour guide - Use the rest stops for toilet - Tour guide helped with bargaining in the market and gave good suggestions - Big air conditioned coach Cons - A lot of walking through the market. - It took awhile for our food to come at the restaurant so order first. - No toilets on coach so go during pit stop. Our guide Akram really made the trip worthwhile.

They were 20 mins late on the pick up, take snacks with you as it’s 2 hours before coffee and toilet stop. Akram was lovely friendly and informative he went above and beyond Marrakesh was vibrant he took me to local shisha cafe and made sure we got the best prices when buying things I’d highly recommend
