Full description
Spend a half day exploring all the Agadir has to offer on a city discovery trip. Following a morning pick-up at your hotel, this tour takes you along the beachside promenade, through the trendy marina, and into the busy port to see the various types of fishing boats. Discover both ancient and modern Agadir, while learning interesting facts about the city’s history and admiring views from the Kasbah fortress (Agadir Ouefellah). Explore the city center as you ride along the Mohamed V Boulevard past the Wilaya (the headquarters of the king's regional representative) and through residential neighborhoods. Stops along the way include the Mohamed V Mosque, St. Ann's Church, the Beth El Synagogue, and the walled Souk El Had marketplace, where you will have free time to explore the market and try your haggling skills. On the return ride, your knowledgeable guide will point out various other attractions and local landmarks. The tour ends with a brief stop at a fixed-price cooperative store before transferring you back to your hotel.

Despite gloomy weather, no rain but little visibility, the excursion was maintained. Ilyès was adorable. We stopped at the mosque. He became a photographer during the break. The last stop was the souk… immense… to do half a day, 1 hour is not enough. I was alone so personal guided tour. I advise to discover the important points of Agadir center if you do not have a vehicle.

The tour guide picked us up at the ship and brought us there, although I didn't have the opportunity to indicate this when ordering. Very good! What we didn't like was that we were on the Kasbah and in the Suok without a guide. There was always free time. We would have liked to listen to something and then have free time. We were also involved in the marketing of argan oil.

We were with Abdullah in Agadir for three hours on Tuesday and it was worth every penny. We were picked up directly in front of our ship, where we started with two cars (6 guests and 4 guests). Abdullah told us a lot about the history, the culture and also personal things, so that you didn't feel like an "ordinary" tour. He was in no hurry, we were able to ask him everything and at the end, after just over 3 hours, we were dropped back in front of the ship. Everything great! The only "point of criticism": We visited an argan oil shop, which was a pure sales event. But there was tea and a purchase was not a must.
