I would had given this 5 stars except for the fact that I thought the observatory was a total ripoff. It was the most expensive elevator ride I have ever taken. I was insulted by the fact that you were herded into an area and asked if you wanted to pay for an I pad to see what you were looking at. I was also not pleased with the man who “showed us the way “ to the meeting place, waited outside the deli and then tried ( successfully) to sell us the books. But that was my own fault . I was very happy our guide who gave an excellent tour.

The experience and information was well worth the price. The stories our guide shared were very interesting and the museum was awesome. We stayed there over 3 hours. Unfortunately, it was very overcast when we went up to the top of the One World Observatory, so we couldn't see much. They will issue you a ticket for another day, but we couldn't take advantage of that.

Our guide Jim was very informative. Being into history for many years I found the guided tour very interesting. They did a fantastic job on the World Trade Center site. I can’t say enough about the time we shared on that tour. Thank you Jim

The tour was very informative and also quite emotional too . Our tour guide Daniel was fantastic and also his personal experience of the events that day on Sept 11th added to what was a very emotive experience.

An amazing insight and respectful understanding of the impact at the time, the evolvement of the memorial to this day and the depth of consideration and efforts gone into inclusion of all.
