The salt mine itself was lovely but the day was let down a bit by the pick up. We got our pick up location the day before but collection was delayed due to other coaches using the bus stop. It seemed a bit unorganised timings wise as it seems a lot of trips by different companies all use the same (small) collection point & it depends who gets their first! The tour of mine was well managed and well informed but sometimes difficult to hear the guide - especially as she walked very quickly and sometimes started the talk before everyone caught up with her. The mine is beautiful and I would recommend.

Booked with a central pickup rather than hotel and lots of confusion at pickup location. Multiple tours starting from the same point and difficult to know which one you were on. Eventually found the right one but had the last small seat at the back of bus which was a row of 4. Not enough room to sit fully back due to space so had to ride sitting forward in the aisle. Short journey however which was nice but when arrived were tile there was a 25 minute break until our guide arrived. Once your started it very very good. Guide was excellent and didn’t feel rushed. Journey back was fine as managed to get a seat further forward however on looking back noticed someone sitting leaning forward as I had done due to space. Perhaps the aisle seat in the back should have been kept empty. Would recommend but better co-ordination needed at pick up point
