One of the best tours ever! The guide was very knowledgeable and passionate about Portland and had lived there most of her life. Great value for the money. We went on a cold day but it didn’t feel cold on the tour at all. It seems that the best seats are towards the front and on the left side as you go up the rear steps because you will have a better view of the bay. The tour location was easy to find because it was the only fire engine parked on the main road in downtown Portland. We will go again the next time we are there.

This was a fun tour, but get ready for a bumpy ride! The tour guide was very knowledgeable, and they had a big screen on board to give greater detail to the landmarks that were a bit far away. This came in handy for us, as we had a foggy day, which limited our visibility. The truck is charming, but with the pace and the bumps, it was a bit difficult to take pictures!

Both Marcia Craig and I ( Robert Sunderman ) enjoyed the tour. The fire truck was really interesting. Tour took place in a light rain but canopy over the truck kept us dry. The lady who was the tour guide sitting in the truck with us did a really nice job of narrating the tour. She was excellent. I would recommend the tour to anyone interested in learning about and seeing Portland.
