The Space Center wasn’t my favorite Houston landmark. Several activities were closed and out of order. The whole place was chaotic and the staff was not real helpful when asked some questions. The tram tour was boring as we just passed numbered buildings, but did not visit any of them, followed by watching scientists work at their desks. You would think the Space Center/NASA would be capable of doing some simulation displays and demonstrations. Not enough hands on activities for kids with several broken. I’m disappointed in the lack of organization in the visiting procedure and displays. There didn’t seem to be a sequential order in the displays. My group enjoyed most of the visit, but the lack of organization and procedures lessened my enjoyment. It’s too bad tickets are more and more expensive in order to visit the whole complex.

Houston Space Center is a fantastic place to visit. Especially nice for entertaining visiting guests! The Center displays hundreds of items and the Tram tour is so interesting! See where the astronauts get their training and see beautiful spacecraft!

It was spectacular! The weather was terrible, but I was so happy to be there! Everything was well organized, the people at the desk were kind and helpful, and they were very nice to schedule our team tours back to back rounding out a wonderful day! I really wanted a NASA, or Artemis or HSC sweatshirt, but they were too expensive. I would definitely revisit the space center.
