Night tour-could not see much. No history given on Halifax etc.

Tour was in the evening so we could not see much but the lights of the waterfront. Music was blaring the whole time (radio station). Drink options were poor. First time in Halifax and we were hoping to hear some history of the city or the waterfront but did not.
