When you are in Krakow, you should actually have been to Auschwitz. Such a history that you cannot imagine. You should keep in mind that the contact person is always late here. For the second time I have now visited Auschwitz and both times I had to call the contact person twice, where they are just half an hour late and you are uncertainly waiting in the crowds. You cannot recognize your contact person by anything. The guide this time was sublime. He could tell everything about the overall history and the camp. There impressive.

The tour itself was perfect. BUT: We booked a ticket for 10:30 am. This primeval time was also on the voucher, but the tour was already at 9:45 a.m. Although we were written to the day before and asked to confirm the tour for the next day, we were not informed that the time had changed. Not from the contact person and not from GetYourGuide. This was only visible on the entrance ticket, which we didn't look at the day before. If I book for half past 11 I would also like to be explicitly informed about a change. A small note in the WhatsApp message with, for example, "Attention change" would be very helpful! It was the last time for us that we booked through this app. The day before we were transferred to another museum for an alleged cancellation. With just small changes, customers could be treated better. 4 stars are only for the great tour guide!

The tour was very interesting and well conducted. The quick entry point is nonsense. Our event was moved from 10:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. the evening before and the tickets that were bought in advance by the tour guides said 1:30 p.m. That led to subsequent problems, including for us, since we also planned other things for the time afterwards. Here the appointments must be kept better so that the planning of the individual can be taken into account.
