The tour was fantastic. The young woman that was our initial guide (while on the bus) was excellent and spoke 4 or 5 languages flawlessly. Once we arrived, the onsite guide was equally well spoken in multiple languages and was able to provide an ongoing explanation and answer all questions from the group. The site itself is spectacular and its history fascinating. Highly recommend taking this tour!

Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best. Thought possibly too much time allocated to visiting the town which could have been best spent reducing the whole day’s trip. I think the Alhambra would be nicer visited in the spring/early summer to enjoy the most of the gardens. Our guide Michelle however was excellent.

The pickup location from Malaga central is at the bus stop as stated, but please board the right bus as there are many different tours! The itinerary breakdown is really: 11am-2pm, free time to explore Granada central, then the walking tour of the Alhambra from 230pm to 530pm. The bus will be back in Malaga central by 8pm. For Alhambra, some steps and slopes to be expected. It was 37 degrees Celsius and very hot in Granada so please wear your sunscreen and bring water.
