Great service nice van with good A/C. Only thing that keeps this from being 5 star is the signage on arrival is difficult to find. Turns out just as you exit the arrivals area outside they had a pretty small small sign with my first name on it. Other than that great they took good care of me. Also had to chat with Get Your Guide as the PUJ airport arrivals/immigration area was legit on fire we were evacuated to the tarmac and I wanted to advise the driver that I would be late because of the fire I could not clear immigration. Took a couple minutes to wait for an agent but the service provided by Get Your Guide was fantastic!

We booked this company to transport us to our hotel, not realizing that it was a local transport in Punta Cana and our hotel was in Uvero Alto almost an hour away, the company worked with us on site and made arrangements to get us to our destination without having to guess which of the vendors outside the airport was reputable! This rating is for guests traveling to the Dominican Republic for the 1st time. Before the trip I read a lot and informed myself. I've read that you shouldn't order an Uber at the airport, that the taxi drivers are very aggressive and that you pay a lot of money for a taxi. Then I came across the airport shuttle, which had good reviews. I trusted it and was surprised that I didn't get a confirmation email with information such as an exact meeting point etc. The app itself showed a pick-up time of 00-23:59. Then I got nervous. I just hoped that there really was someone waiting at the airport with a sign with my name on it. We landed and took a step out of the airport building and there were hundreds of people. They yelled "TAXI" at the tourists. Funny feeling. After a long search I found a booth of the company. (Hard to see) My name was written on the table. From then on everything went perfectly. Do not trust strangers who speak to you!
