    Full description
    Situated within 1,300 to 1,500 meters above sea level, the Cameron Highlands offers some of the best natural vistas in Malaysia. On this day tour, you will see fantastic views of the tea plantation, explore the crystal-clear waterfalls, and discover the lush forests. The day will begin with a visit to the Lata Iskandar waterfalls. Here, you will be able to visit stalls selling local crafts and herbs, next to the beautiful multilayer waterfalls. After this, you will see a blowpipe demonstration and your guide will teach you about the indigenous people and social anthropology of the area. Afterward, you will visit is to the Bharat Tea Plantation to take in the plantation scenery and have a lovely photograph stop.  The main attraction in the Cameron Highlands is Sungai Palas BOH Tea Plantation. Visit the factory and enjoy some fresh tea at the plantation cafe. You will then continue to the Butterfly Garden which is home to many insects and snakes. The final destination of your trip will be to pick your own strawberries at a nearby strawberry farm.

    • The tour begins at 5:00 AM on weekends and public holidays to minimize the risk of traffic congestion
    • It is recommended to take anti-sickness medication prior to the tour because the final 60-kilometers of the road to Cameron Highlands is winding
    • The BOH Tea Factory is closed on Monday, but if your tour falls on school holiday or public holiday, you can still visit the Plantation

    The tour was fantastic. The driver was punctual, very nice and never put time pressure on us to continue. He had some tips and hot spots that nobody else knew. He spoke English well and was able to tell us a lot about the country and the culture. We would 100% recommend the tour.

    Great tour, after 1.5 hours of freeway, 1.5 hours of serpentine ride on the edge of the rainforest to Cameron Highlands. Enough time to look at all tour points without stress. Our guide sun explained a lot in easy to understand English. At first we were skeptical about the long drive, it is really worth getting to know the hinterland.

    Nicely varied tour. The tea plantations were the highlight but other activities such as the indigenous village and Batu Caves were terrific. As mentioned in other posts it is a very long drive and some might find this uncomfortable but, for us, this was not a problem as we enjoyed seeing another parts country as a contrast to KL.
