Great tour, really enjoyed the scoreboard. My downfall was that I was slow on the stairs (due to "tricky/give way"knees) and the guide and group had already continued to the next "stop". By the time I reached the next stop they were on their way up on the escualators. I have a real fear of escalators, but was unsure of how to reattach myself to the group, so headed back to where the tour started and waited. To answer what could be improved it would be in my case, a question at the start of the tour if everyone was ok with stairs and escalators. The guide did mention there were lifts at every level, but didn't say where. Thanks for "listening"

A thoroughly enjoyable tour for devotees of the ground or cricket and AFL. The 2 hours flew by with a lot of very interesting information given, but without the insider knowledge type of juicy tales I was hoping for. Still an excellent concept at an affordable price. Taking nothing away from guide Marg who was friendly and full of facts. Adelaide Oval really is an iconic arena steeped in history and modernity. Allow more than 2 hours if you can!

It was great to “go behind the scenes” into areas like the ground staff machinery etc and into the footballers warm up and locker rooms as well as the cricket players areas. Also around to the old scoreboard and inside to witness how everything works with very basic techniques available. The cricket history room with old photos and information was impressive and interesting. Up into the media and corporate facilities was interesting, but to actually stand inside the fence and take in the whole stadium was great. Richard, our guide was excellent with loads of information and history.
