It was my first time experiencing kayaking The instructor Flávio was very helpful and very kind - it was just the two of us that day but we had an amazing time. It’s an extremely peaceful meditative experience being on the big open lake all to ourselves with the sun shining The instructions for the meeting point were very easy to follow and to find. Changing rooms are available at the location if needed also which was handy for afterwards. I’d recommend bringing some sandle’s/ flip flops and some shorts etc can get a little wet on the legs. Will 100% do it again and again everytime I visit Roma as well as any other country that I find this activity in! Grazie mille Flávio. Eccellente

This experience was absolutely amazing. First time kayaking and Alex, the instructor, was unbelievably friendly and helpful to get going with the activity, and gave insightful information about the local area and Italy which was a huge added bonus as tourists to the area. He is also generally really nice to talk to. Would do it again, it is fantastic!

Vincenzo and Michael were wonderful, we were paired with one other couple and were treated to pizza on the lake. Both were extremely friendly and very accommodating, offering us recommendations for places to eat and drink in the city, whilst also telling us about the local culture of the lake. Would definitely recommend, a real highlight of our trip.

Excellent trip if you are in Rome and want to escape from the mayhem for a few hours. The lake sits in a dormant volcano and has some absolutely breath taking views. The instructor I had was very nice and as-well as being a great kayaking teacher he was also very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. I would highly recommend this trip.

This was truly an amazing trip. The views were stunning. Alex was kind and knowledgeable and I learned a lot. It’s a fun and unique outdoor experience and since it’s only a few hours, it gives you plenty of time to do other activities for the rest of the day. I would strongly recommend it!! I had fun!
