This was the best tour I've done so far! Angela is an amazing guide, full of energy, nice to everyone, professional and she is the best at what she does. We saw amazing places, but I must admit the lunch was out of this world. If you're able, book the tour with lunch included, you won't regret it. My favorite spot was Siena, i wish we had enough time to explore on our own. San Gimignano looks frozen and time and it's pretty. Pisa is beautiful but nothing special. Even with all this, the highlight was Angela! I'm a tour guide from Portugal, so believe me when I say she's the best. Ask for her if possible! Thank you so much again!

Our guide (Sandro) was absolutely amazing and helpful which was a plus to this fabulous tour. He provided a lot of local info of the places. He planned every steps of our journey thoroughly to ensure none in the group gets lost. The wine tasting and lunch (vegetarian) was well catered for. Highly recommend the 30yr balsamic vinegar. Tour itinerary went exactly as described with ample free time to visit the cities. Coach itself was comfortable and easy to spot.

The tour in general is great, with quality lunch, but modest for being of little quantity and variety. The delays were caused by some of the participants, not by the My Tour in Italy staff, who did a great job, especially the guide Ana. Such delays meant that we arrived in San Gimignano almost at night. Finally, the bus used is very good and new. I recommend the tour!

Excellent trip filled with many good sights and the lunch is also good. Wish there was more free time at San Gimignano (which you can get if you skip the included lunch).

The tour guys are very friendly and helpful. Excellent experience!
