This tour was a lot of fun. You got some history about cupcakes, the area, and the specific eateries. Some cupcakes are definitely better than others so don’t expect a best-of-the-best. A few critiques: the guide we had needed to speak louder or make sure the group was in front of her when speaking. We missed half of what she was saying. The second issue was the tour was too big. 15 would have been a nice size but we were over 22. It’s especially difficult when you’re cramming into some of the shops. The last critique was that the Judson Memorial Church was not pointed out in Washington Square. It holds quite a bit of significance in our history so I wished just a bit of their great activism work was told. Fairly kid friendly but they got a little bored. Prepare to walk, walk, walk! Overall, a nice time.

Fascinating, fun, interesting for 2 teens, 2 seniors, great guide.

Greenwich Village is full of history and is still a great contributor of arts and activism in NYC. The guide did a great job of being informative but not dry. All info was conveyed with knowledge, great attitude, smiles-he was a great storyteller. The walking was easy for us seniors. The teens were totally engaged. I will look for more of your tours as the occasion arises.

Mallory was awesome! She was very knowledgeable, very friendly and engaged with the whole group. Even our 5 year old was engaged and had a fantastic time. Yes, the cupcakes were all great, but the experience as a whole was without doubt one of the best food tours we have ever participated in.

This is more than just a cupcake tour. Lots of interesting informative facts about New York as well. This aspect may not interest the younger set. As well, be on notice that we put on 8,500 steps in two hours. Quite strenuous! Our guide, Justin, was interesting, knowledgeable and amusing.

Tour was great except that many of the shops were very small which made for an awkward wait because it was freezing outside so we all wanted to squeeze inside. Not the tour’s fault at all. Cupcakes and gelato were very tasty but definitely bring your sweet tooth!
