What people are saying about Madrid

Overall rating

based on 1,105 reviews

First of all, our guide was incredibly friendly and well informed about Madrid and its history. Accordingly, he told us interesting facts and stories about the city at the different sights (like the Retiro Park, the Plaza Mayor, the Royal Castle and more) and also in between every now and then. Our guide also made sure that we had enough time to take pictures and look at everything in peace. He also assisted in taking photos and group pictures if we were interested. and to see everything we wanted. The bikes we used were of excellent quality and in perfect condition. We had no problems with them and were able to ride comfortably through the streets of Madrid.

I went with the 4 pm, 2 hour tour and it was the perfect time. Pablo is very kind and polite and was able to answer all of the questions that I had. I learned a lot about the city during the tour and saw many important landmarks in the 2 hour period. I learned enough about the different areas that I can go back and explore them myself. I’m not sure how different it would have been if I opted for the additional hours but I had a great time either way.

This was such a fun addition to our stay in Madrid. Raul was a great guide explaining history and culture about Madrid and Tapas. All of the food and drinks were delicious and the company was great too!

Carmen is the best! Funny, enthusiastic and answers all questions! You could tell she just loves the people and is interested in their cultures too!

good way to have a brief introduction of madrid without having to do much walking , then go back to the places you want to see in detail.
