5. The Best of Luxembourg City: Guided E-Bike Tour

Begin at the meeting point in the heart of the city. Accompanied by a multilingual guide, head off to discover the most beautiful places of the capital in a single bike trip. Move around on some latest generation electric bikes to get from one place to another without getting too tired, because this tour doesn't include any hills... or almost none. Take advantage of elevators and funiculars to move uphill. Be immersed in the city's green heart, the Petrusse valley with its numerous possibilities to relax in green areas from the city center. From there you will be directed to the Grund where you will take the elevator to the plateau St. Esprit and the Judicial City - Cité Judiciaire. Ride along the Grand Ducal Palace to the historical center and its Herb Market. From the Bock crag, known as "Bockfiels", you have a wonderful view of the Grund and the Neumünster Abbey, which you will reach by bike right after. A small trail along the Alzette will lead you to the Rives de Clausen, a popular nightlife spot amongst Luxembourgish people. Continue in the Pfaffenthal until you reach the funicular that will take you up to the Kirchberg. Get out at the foot of the European institutions. Even this imposing alley has its own little park, which you can cross by bike, and then discover the most important buildings of the Luxembourg financial center. Welcome to the Kirchberg. This city district combines modernism and antiquity, and nothing highlights this fact better than the Mudam. The Grand Duke Jean Museum of Modern Art was built on a former military fort that stands out with its imposing glass surfaces on the old 19th-century walls. Once you've passed through, go back down to the Pfaffenthal to take the panoramic elevator to the gardens of the Pescatore Foundation. Reach the city park and its "Kinnekswiss" which announces the end of the e-bike tour through the capital. The guide joins you for the whole duration of the tour and is happy to respond to your questions.

What people are saying about Luxembourg

- Both Dinant and Luxembourg are great cities to visit. - The guide know a lot of stuff about the history of these cities and about Belgium in general. - We had time to view most of Luxembourg (around 3 hours) but I would’ve wanted maybe half an hour more in Dinant (we had only 1 hour). One hour is enough to see the Dinant Citadel and take some pictures around the city, but you don’t have time to go to a nice bar. - The guide will give you a radio with headphones and these are not great in quality (mine broke down)

The beauty of Dinant and Luxembourg compensate for the long traveling time. Stephan our guide was very knowledgeable both in history and his good command of languages. The tour involves some walking and our guide set a manageable pace for all.

Great experience Easy to ride around the city on the e bike . The guide couldn’t be better We explored place that couldn’t be seen on a walking tour We recommend it 100%
