We had previously taken the tour of Pena Palace with the same tour company a few days earlier and found it to be a great experience. Since we were the only two on this particular excursion, it was functionally a private tour in a private car. It was a great way to skip the lines and avoid large tour groups. Our guide, Miguel, was fantastic! He was fun, courteous, and most of all informative. He provided a great deal of historical context about Portugal and Lisbon in general. Very helpful and accommodating. He knows the best views in the city, so don’t forget to ask about that!

Our self- guided tour did not happen- after a delay, we were offered a full day tour to Fatima, Batalha, Nazare, and Obidos at no extra cost, which we took, even though we had previously seen above sites- tour guide Ana was wonderful, spoke three languages fluently, and went out of her way to make this tour a great experience for us, letting us have her front row seats -and the tour wasn’t rushed even after the morning delay and some road construction traffic-

It was an incredible tour of street art we would never have seen on our own! Gave us a whole different appreciation for Lisbon and understanding of the city's history! The tuk tuk is a bit bumpy at times but that is part of the fun :) Frederico, our guide was awesome!

It’s the most exciting and fun way to see the city. Sergio is the ultimate host with a lot of knowledge and really fun to be with. He is also a fantastic photographer. Highly recommended.
