Stop in Moray for a guided visit of the deep circular terraces of Moray. The purpose of the terraces is uncertain, but their depth, design and orientation with respect to wind and sun create a temperature difference of up to 15C/27 F from the top to the bottom. Wow! Travel now ,and dont wait to go to Matcu Picchu. The Mountain was I expected. Amazing fascinating. Place . We did travel from Cuzco from 4 am and catch the bus to train to ollaytumbo for a 7 am departure . We Arrive at Aqua before noon , and went to Matchu Picchu following meet up with the private guide to take the 8am bus to Mach Picchu and was back by noon at AQUA C . We had lunch, and took the train before 2 pm and arrive at OLLAYtumbo at 4 , and rented a taxi back to Cuzco , which we find it much better than sharing a shuttle , or bus . Something to consider.. -Peru Rail with Bus from Cuzco to OLLay . -Dont need to bus back from OLLay to Cuzco, Consider taking a private taxi for 20 US. Buy a Bus ticket with MP entrance and with a Private guide . Aways rent a newer car with air-con. Its make the travel easier on hot long drive . The tour guide will make your tour easier. be nice to them at all d time , and pls TIP them well. Read Peru guide on how to tip.

I had to go with a group of Spanish speakers because of time restrictions and I asked if I could perhaps pose questions in English in case I did not understand anything. The guide, Juan Carlos, was not only super nice but very competent in his job. His knowledge of the Incas and the site is impressive and his approach to archeology and the way he conveys his presentation to the audience are not only professional but exceptional. I wish I had him for other sites. Willka Travel were also very professional in handling my requests. I paid a visit to their office in Cusco. Surely this was a very important highlight in my journey and the guide made it shine.

The experience of using a guide that has a long family lineage and experience growing up in the Sacred Valley/Machu Picchu area brought the tour in Machu Picchu alive for us … he was extremely knowledgeable and communicated with us in both Spanish and English … and fielded all kinds of questions from us

Our guide was excellent and provided a ton of insights. He even put up with taking a ton of photos of me and my friends.

We had a really nice guide his name was Alberto and we enjoyed our trip!
