There are many, many groups meeting at the "meeting point". I arrived 25 minutes early, looked for the group, asked personnel & other group guides but never did find my group. Turns out they met by where the buses are. I had trouble getting through to customer service until the nice fellow at the information booth gave me a different number. I got through on that number & thanks to Alicia of My Top Tours was able to get my ticket & meet up with the tour already underway. Alhambra is beautiful & our guide, Sherif, was extremely knowledgeable & a very nice guy.

Our guide was very knowledgeable. She answered additional questions and pointed out historical connections. She responded to our wishes, patiently helped with the "right photo" and at the end gave more tips for the trip.

Excelente tour, nuestra guía Carmen fue estupenda, con mucho conocimiento y con muchísimas recomendaciones sobre la ciudad. Súper recomendable!

Our guide was excellent, unfortunately I don't remember his name. She then continued with a group from Seville at 1:00 p.m.!!! Thank you!
