This was a nice option to do around Merida as an intro day to our trip. The pick up area was easily identifiable and riding on the top of the double decker was really fun. However, it was advertised as having Spanish and English tour options, and it only had Spanish. I've been on these hop-on hop-off buses before and they've had audio sets for multiple languages. Also, it says "hop-on hop-off" but there's only three options for when to get on or off and then it is not very clearly indicated that to the riders when they can/not a lot of time to get off. Overall, I still recommend this to those visiting Merida because they cover a good amount of ground and the novelty is fun. I just would have wanted a little more structure.
