Our guide Kiyoshi was fantastic. He kept a pleasant pace, toom us to the key sites and provided interesting explanation along the way. We stopped for Udon noodles at lunch - and appreciated that he took the time to find a place where we could try that dish (we mentioned we had not yet had Udon). We also appreciated that after Nara, he took us to the shrine of 1000 gates and even accompanied us to purchase matcha tea at his favorite tea merchant in Takashiyama’s food hall. A very pleasant day! Highly recommend this very customizable tour.

Yoshioki Sensei is absolutely amazing! I took this class with my father and we were lucky enough to be the only students that day, so we got a private class. Sensei structures the class so it is informational, fun and physically challenging. I would recommend this class to anyone traveling near Tokyo. It is well worth the trip and cost!

We had a wonderful tour with Yoshi! Expect a lot of walking, a late lunch and beautiful sights. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience. Really fun and well run by all the staff at monkey kart.

Really fun activity - would definitely recommend!!
