This was a GREAT experience! Pietro was phenomenal… and the food we made WOW… the best Tiramisu I have ever had! I thoroughly recommend it… you will learn how to make some awesome pasta dishes and super quick and easy Tiramisu… his home is very welcoming and I felt as if everyone there was a close friend!

My class size was 5. Very hands on. We made 2 different kinds of pasta, tiramisu and learned how to make risotto and a butter and sage sauce. The Chef was knowledgeable and personable. His recounting of his vast experiences took the class over the top.
